Car Setup Not Working

I am playing in a PS5 console and all of a sudden I can’t change any car setups or create a car setup. This happened all of a sudden. I have reset the PS5, I have even lost all my data and had to start over. I just don’t get it. Very frustrating not being able to change any setups. Any thoughts on what I should do next? 

I am also using a Fanatec DD+ drive base with a Fanatec wheel if that matters.
