Career mode entirely unplayable

No matter what driver i choose, or build, I can not get the first race Bahrain to get past the opening f1 title screen, or as you see the safety car. It will just crash the entire game.

F1 world works great most of the time, only a few events do the same thing from time to time, it seems random in f1 world. 

I have reinstalled the game, and verify the files every time and it keeps finding 3 files that go bad or missing or whatever they do. It installs the 3 files and the game works for a while I. F1 world only it seems. I don't do multiple players on my pc at home so it's just single player modes that I know about. 

Nothing seems to correct this issue.
