could you also provide some further details of what's happening, please? Are you shown a specific error message or the like?

More information about your platform is always helpful, as well as your Report Code.

If you are playing on PC, could you include a DxDiag as well, please?

Has there been any update for this? I have the same issue just now on Xbox Series X. Your instructions don't do anything for this platform.

For my issue, I made a mid session save in full GP at Netherlands. I have opened the game as I usually do, gone into driver career mode to continue and the file is there showing the save at Netherlands. I click the file and it just goes to a black screen then takes me back to my Xbox home page.

Please help 🙏
