CAREER MODE STUCK ON A SPECIFIC DATE

Hello I started a career mode a few days ago, and last night I got to July 1st which promoted a resigning of my second driver or looking at the driver market. I then tried both resigning my guy and signing someone else and no option to negotiate a contract appeared. I then thought maybe restarting my game would resolve this issue. After restarting the option to sign a driver disappeared and asked me about renewing contracts for sponsors. I then clicked the renew sponsors button and looked and my 2nd driver got an extension with the team. I then tried to advance the season and it resulted in being stuck on July 1st with no ability to advance. As shown in the image below.

Since this has occurred I've tried reopening the game, going to main menu, verifying game files, and nothing has worked.
