Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play Co-op career and see if the hosts game freezes after season 2 contracts (with extended contracts at the end of season 1)
What happens when the bug occurs? *Both players are on XBOX SERIES X and same internet* At the end of Season 2 in Co-op career, got up to driver renegotiations with our teams before the season ends, we both had signed a multi 2 season contracts for both players at the end of season 1 (would both have to make a new contract at the end of season 3) the hosts contracts finalised and moved onto the 2nd players contract fine, as soon as the 2nd player advances after signing the contract can freely do anything, where as when the host presses advance after player 2 signed, the game freezes for the host. All visuals of the driver and the backdrop screen behind them move but no input from all the controls work except the Xbox controls HOME, PAUSE/MENU with LB, RB, LT and RT for VISUAL CONTROL ICONS ONLY for someone to know what button to press to change the screens (Example OVERVIEW to R&D screens) which nothing worked/changed the screens, so then the host pressed the PAUSE/MENU button and gets stuck in the pause menu screen to the point of closing the game and restarting it back up and continues to fault. Have tried disconnecting both steering wheel and controller but failed to work afterwards, have not tried changing controls but will do so after this report.
What do you expect to see? EA team to look at this bug and patch it for the next update
would like to see this fixed as we do not want to delete this save
