Constant random game crashes both in online and offline game modes

Product:&nbsp;F1 24Platform:&nbsp;PC - SteamPlease specify your platform model.&nbsp;PC - Steam - Lenovo Y540-15IRHSummarize your bug&nbsp;The game randomly crashes without error at the beginning of races before the 5 lights sequence begins (single/multiplayer), especially after a couple of races or time trial laps after leaving the garageWhat is your 16 digit Report Code?&nbsp;-What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model.&nbsp;See dxdiag file attached. Wheel: TurtleBeach VelocityOne RaceCan you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?&nbsp;-Which area is the bug/glitch in?&nbsp;Single Player, MultiplayerSteps: How can we find the bug ourselves?&nbsp;Join an online lobby (ranked or multiplayer), do a couple of races, and the game freezes crashes at the beginning of a random session after everyone loads in and settles on the grid, before the lights sequence starts; or start a time trial and leave the garage (rare) or play an F1 Event session (rare)What happens when the bug occurs?&nbsp;The game shuts down without a visible error message, or an error message in Windows Event ViewerWhat do you expect to see?&nbsp;Stability and being able to not to worry about game closing randomly.

Your Dxdiag indicates an issue with your System Files, run SFC and the other steps as below:&nbsp;

Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Thank you for your reply and support. To clarify, I do not have EA App installed. I cleared the cache of Steam and checked the system and game files as described. Unfortunately the issue is still persisting.
