@Pin6all I think the servers were acting up last night/ this morning, they may have been doing maintenance.

Flood Limit is referring to how often someone posts, it's there to stop people from spamming threads, but looking at your post history, it doesn't look like this would apply to you so again, probably just the server acting weird.
