Encountered a similar issue. Did 2 of the 3 programs at Suzuka and then created a mid-session save before doing the Qualifying Pace program. Now that save is stuck in the pits, if I load that save I am more or less guaranteed a crash, no matter if I exit to the main menu or try to skip the rest of P1. Game always seems to crash if I load that save so I guess I am done with Career mode for the time being?

@TheCreamS0da 100 percent forgot to mention that I am on PC, not in VR and just playing with a gamepad, no sim set up or anything fun like that.
