Damaged AI do not pit

Product: F1 24
Platform:Steam PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Summarize your bug Career mode (Not sure if career mode specific) - Damaged AI do not pit, If AI gets wing damage they don't pit at all, even if both end plates are off, They only pit if the wing is completely off. - Even when the incident happens at the beginning of the race they do not pit. In the screenshot I attached, the AI had both endplates off from the beginning of the race.
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model.
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Damage an AI (not to the point where wing is off completely, but get both end plates off at least) and notice the do not pit at all. in F1 23 the AI would pit to replace the wing if its considerably damaged.

What happens when the bug occurs? AI gets damaged they slow down for the rest of the race because of the damage, and can end up being lapped, I lapped a Mercedes in a Williams due to this bug
What do you expect to see? The AI to pit when they have wing damage and to repair/replace the wing

This has happened numerous times since… With other cars obviously
The game really needs Ai that more resembles F1 22

Hey there,

As you said, I reported this, but I think thing there were other things (handling, crashes, hotfixes...) that got in the way. I can bump this again.

Please, consider that this fix doesn't come automatically and it will have to be included in a patch. The team is working to identify the issue and to solve it.

Also with the likelihood of more changes being made to game and handling physics in coming patches. Doubt there’s much point messing around with the Ai until the Ai team have a more off an idea what changes to make. As imagine if they do it before hand. It’ll make the Ai behaviour even more unbalanced

I work in IT, I'm well aware.
But I'm also well aware that this issue have been raise for a while now and it isn't in the community raised issue post... so really far away from getting patch.
so of course I will keep on counting days till EA finally cares about their customers.

@IRxfioWouldn’t hold your breath in F123 I reported Ai stopped receiving damage mid way through races. From day one and multiple times over the months. When I had direct access to the QA team. With pictures and video evidence. Still not fixed now if anything… now Ai don’t pit for repairs in first half off race. Playing single player career has become soul destroying
