What information do you need from the DxDiag? It's quite a long file 🙂

Just attach it all please. Ensure to give me the mainboard make and model if it's not in the text. ASUS and MSI are worst for placeholder text.

Sure mate - here you go - thanks!
I'll have to post it in two posts - as the max character length is 60,000 on here :D

EDIT: DELETED THE DXDIAG TEXT HERE AND UPLOADED LATER

OK - it actually doesn't allow me to post more of these it seems :D
Hopefully that's help already

attach is helpful....need the WER and for you to confirm the mainboard model, MS-7C95 refers to a few.

From your link, update the mainboard driver, restart then update the mainboard BIOS to the latest beta. Use MSI SOP (M-FLASH).
DDU the GPU driver and reinstall https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/drivers/details/237728/
Consider updating or removing OBS Virtual Cam Driver https://obsproject.com/download
WER suggests Virtual Audio Cable device error, see above
The IPTV Player - is that running under WSL? Link I have is for Android? Suggest removal? Maybe a run of SFC and Malwarebytes.
Before reloading the game, delete the hardware_settings_config.xml

Thanks - will test this weekend.

Alright.
Updated the BIOS, DDU'd the drivers, updated OBS, the IPTV Player is a Microsoft Store app - so should be fine.
I also deleted the hardware settings config and info xmls.Unfortunately, ghost cards still disappear if they are 2-3 car lengths ahead of you (just like in the Youtube videos I liked in my original post). I assume it's just a DLSS artifact? This issue doesn't exist if I disable DLSS...
Not sure if one can manually update the DLSS version number for the F1 game? I've read something about this once...

Yes, I think Google is your friend.
