Double driver career bug

Can't start the race after driving qualifications, in 2 player career mode.

The race is austria, we've done the sprint and now can't do the race

I can click on the race, I then get the waiting script in the top left corner of my screen. The host I'm playing with cannot click on the race, no error message, no response.
