Driver Career crashes while loading into Qualifying

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know mate, it just keeps crashing. It does say at the top left “saving game” before it crashes. Also I can play everything else, it’s just Driver Career that doesn’t work.
What happens when the bug occurs? It brings me to the loading screen with Suzuka in the background with Qualifying 3 at the bottom left (that’s where I left off). Then at the top left it says “Loading”, then my game just crashed. Other times it does the same thing but brings me to a black screen after the loading screen and instead of “loading” being said at the top right, it says “saving game” and then it crashes again.
What do you expect to see? What? I mean I’m expecting to see a black screen for a second and then I’m back to my desktop. Or do you mean what do I expect to see done? Well I’d expect this bug to be fixed
This is what led up to the bug. Last night at around 10pm Newfoundland time, I was finishing up Q2 and the game wouldn’t let me use my radio to talk to my engineer. So once it loaded me into Q3, I reset my game. The I load back into F1 24 and I press on my Driver Career save to finish Q3 and then the bug happens. I’ve verified my files, I’ve re-downloaded F1 24 and nothing has worked. Only option I got is to restart my career after 4 races in.
