EA login problem

I have problem with login to mi EA Accenture. I bought f1 24 downloaded it and after start  I saw problem with auto save  and login, when i continue without the save, I see this code: KGKD-GCVS-SJSG-HVBD in my settings. Is there some ways to fix that problem please?
