Hi and thank you. Something learnt already. My son did the most recent update, and since then has been unable to adjust race settings like rule and flags off. And I think some others. You can access the screen but nothing is highlighted. I will try and get some more screen shots and detail.  He is autistic and has kind of avoided the game for now because it isn't 100% how it was before the update.
