existing career mode crashes after patch 14 updated in PS5

my son play career mode since f124 released for part week he try to play existing career mode with level 11 after he clicked it show error something went wrong with game or app f1@24  error code CE1082551. so i helped him to uninstalled reinstall / updated ps5 software clear Ps5 cache , rebuild database , restart ps5 2-3 times still got the same issue. i also try to move game from ps5 comsole to M2 hdd ,still same error ☹️ so can you pleae help
