Hey folks,

this is supposed to be a thread for troubleshooting. Please don't derail the thread.

I understand that you are frustrated that specific wheels aren't supported, but it's simply not always that easy to work with every manufacturer and make every wheel, pedals, controller or VR headset compatible with the game.

From our side, we can only help with devices that are officially supported, as called out in our article here. 

If you want to request that a certain device should be supported, I would recommend opening a new thread in our Game Suggestion board and move all discussions about it over there. Thanks.

@EA_Vendcera the fact there ARE people with wheelbases on that list having issues, and I have not seen a SINGLE helpful reply from you is absolutely atrocious. Do better. Especially for the people who have wheelbases on this alleged "list" you guys decided to put out after people had paid money for the game or EA Play. And you guys wonder why your peak player count is so abysmal. All around terrible job by codemasters, EA, and EA support staff.
