Thanks, I have requested a refund as well.. this lack of support is not good enough.
edit: purchased it on steam and FF is working fine.

@C4_AU @JAYZEE83 happy it worked out for you guys. Gonna wait a bit to buy. I think it's insane they are able to get * like this over on customers, especially ones who have been supporting them since 2015.
If they are gonna have a separate game hub, it should run everything they make like intended.
