F1 2024 Pre-Order Early Access Not Working

Like one of many I pre-ordered the Champions Edition on Steam whilst I had an active subscription to EA Play last week only to install it and find out I didn't have access to my 5 hour Trial nor any form of early access on either Steam or the EA App. Steam states the game has not released yet therefor I cannot play it and the EA App wants me to pay for a membership again which I already have. 

Serves me right for pre-ordering I guess, I know a lot of people are having the same issue and quite frankly, it's not good enough. 

1. Yes my accounts on both Steam and the EA Play App are linked

2. Yes I have tried reinstalling

3. No I am not giving you my PC or Sim setup because it is completely pointless to do this.

Just admit the launch for your pre-order customers has been an absolute disaster and promise to do better in future.

    Hey @allstars_prince,

    sorry to hear that you were having such issues. It seems like the Ea app EA Play subscription was somehow interfering with the Champions Edition on Steam. 

    I understand it's quite unfortunate but just wanted to check in now if you can play without any issues after the worldwide launch?

    sorry to hear that you were having such issues. It seems like the Ea app EA Play subscription was somehow interfering with the Champions Edition on Steam. 

    I understand it's quite unfortunate but just wanted to check in now if you can play without any issues after the worldwide launch?

    I thought the whole Idea of the pre-load was so we didn't have to spend all morning figuring out how to clear bugs and install the game???  Oh well, nice try.  Jared, you just bought EA, so let's get on it bro.
