ASUS ROG 14 Zephyrus GA401 IV
1 TB SSD, 16 GB RAM

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 max-Q 6GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800 HS Radeon 2.9 Ghz

The game ought to run smoothly and I'm not even a sucker for the graphics. I would be perfectly content if it runs on low settings, if only it would run smoothly.

I as well tried lots of fixes, tweaks and tricks with little effect (the menu's run somewhat better, that's it). If the stuttering happens at the wrong time, I lose my breaking point or rhythm in a corner and it screws up an entire lap, or race.
