First of all - troubleshooting F1 24 isn't for life. It's for Christmas. Troubleshooting other people's games to ensure the forum is full of gameplay bugs and not user errors (misconfigurations or lack of applied updates) is extremely tedious and boring, often for which I get slated as people really just want to vent at EA and CM for producing a substandard game year after year.
Secondly, five hours is nothing. I would clean install Win 11 24H2 (why not - well, you might wanna try updating the WD drive firmware first). And you really should dispense with the EA App and use Steam for F1 games.
Thirdly (assuming your board is MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk) then download UEFI A.I1. Follow MSI SOP for mainboard flashing.
With updated drivers for mainboard and GPU, your issues should go away on a clean install.
