I think it's caused by the ASUS Audio Driver but I have no any proof to verify

I've tried updating the graphics driver and clearing the hardwaresettings but it didn't work

Hi, I think I've found a solution to the problem
I reinstalled my sound card driver and the next 12 laps of the Austrian circuit time trial and the 3 laps of the rainy Berlin Benchmark mode did not crash again

    1. Overlay reinstall the AMD graphics card driver
    2. Overlay reinstall Realtek Sound card drivers

I think it has a lot to do with ASUS's custom drivers
I'm considering whether or not to report this to an ASUS engineer

    Thank you for your help,SteveJackson

ASUS/RoG tend to use Nahimic (Enhanced Audio) drivers. I agree they've been problematic previously and sometimes hard to install properly. I think you are on the right track.

  • Your dxdiag is showing weird characters. Username is CHENG. I suggest this is a language / regional settings bug, please look further at this.

    Thanks for your reply

My system is signed in with a Microsoft account, and the system region has always been the United Kingdom
I switched to the "administrator" account, and the problem is still there

I maintain my answer. Your ISP is Chinese. Using a VPN to play is unsupported, but you have non-Western characters in your dxdiag.

If you choose to ignore that advice then I can't help.

    Thank you for your help

I've found out that DxDiag's garbled characters are due to encoding issues, and I don't know why it is saved with an encoding that doesn't support Chinese, if you encounter it, please open it with ANSI encoding
    ----------It's just a dividing line------------
    Now there's a new performance
Now it will suddenly fade without the roaring sound of the engine or no sound at all

Please add your mainboard model as it is is not in the dxdiag (It is an ASUS but the model has not been completed by them when they wrote the BIOS/UEFI code).

Edit: this is another hybrid graphics system. There is another thread with a crash issue, I will try to find it. Basically, updating the UEFI and having control of the MUX switch is helpful.

Chinese language has it's own list of issues with the game, I believe it required uninstall and reinstall. Driver names and game saves don't like non-English characters either AIUI.

ROG STRIX B760-G GAMING WIFI D4
The 1805 version of the BIOS is being used

Now the system language and the game language have been switched to English
As for the repair and reinstallation, it has already been tried
    The problem remains

Reinstall Windows in English, methinks. We could go around the houses with this with things you've said you've done.

It gives you a chance to reinstall without bloat or crap.

Then we'll see if there is an actual issue!
