F1 24 crashing on splash screen on steam windows 10

did you get this game through steam or EA?

hi did you try close any background programs if that work for me was windhawk that was blocking game to start .

i closed everything that may cause this problem

i did, nothing changed, game keep force close even restarting my laptop automatically. I'm so upset about this game
