So I am a subscriber of EA PLAY Pro, and it stated we would have access to the game at 17:00 my time.
However the EA app just keeps stating that the game will release the 28th at 17:00 my time, and that I should check out the packages for more information.
Reinstalled it, Repaired it, nothing fixes it.
Seen more people with this issue so figured a post was warranted.
still having this problem, have you found a fix for it yet?

yes reinstall the game and you can play :D

I think the reason EA asked for the logs is because its background service syncs the time with EA servers, I checked my logs and it showed the clock failed to sync, clearing caches and restarting the EABackgroundService fixed it for me.

can you guys log onto f1 24 with ea play on steam? i cant seem to play it doesnt let me get on with ea play
