F1 24 EA play not launching, game not released

Hey, I pre-ordered the f1 24 game (normal edition) on steam, and bought EA play, so I can play it earlier. Now when i try to launch the game it shows me that it launches on 31 may even though I shoul...

    I think the reason EA asked for the logs is because its background service syncs the time with EA servers, I checked my logs and it showed the clock failed to sync, clearing caches and restarting the EABackgroundService fixed it for me.

      can you guys log onto f1 24 with ea play on steam? i cant seem to play it doesnt let me get on with ea play

        @oom1k1oo some of the people who have had this issue have had this fixed by using steam - but i cannot speak for that myself as i've always had lunch issues on steam itself in a separate unrelated way.
