F1 24 Failed to save

As the title suggests, every time I boot the game up on PC, it immediately comes up with a prompt that says this. Extremely annoying to have to adjust settings EVERY single time I load the game up. Furthermore, I have to start from scratch every time I play the game.

I have tried multiple solutions including the one where you disable OneDrive and install it to your local disk with no luck. Windows Security and Windows Firewall both have the game enabled and approved.

Please assist.
