F1 24 game won't start while connected to internet steam

F1 24 will not launch while connected to internet on my PC. If i try and launch it, the game will take forever to load then give me and error code of 0x00000003. Yet when I take the ethernet cable out of my PC the game launches and runs perfectly fine. Tried putting steam into offline mode and that didn't work. Not a clue how I can get this working again. Especially considering the game worked perfectly fine before. Makes no sense
