F1 24 invite crash

Hi, i play f1 24 on ea app with using ea play pro membership

My friend invited me lobby and i press f3 and go to mail, store friends etc section

Game suddenly crashes when i press invite & friends section.

Also i cant accept or see his invites. İ saw invites previous patches.

I can play well on time trial, multiplayer lobbies, solo grand prix etc, no problem but only problem is inviting lobbies

All my drivers are late version.

I just re installed game and still same result, checked all topics related my problem and still cant fix it

my system : win 10 64 

i5 12400f

16 gm ram

nvidia geforge rtx 3060ti 8gb

playing on ea app

    Summarize your bug crashing when i select invite&request
    What is your 16 digit Report Code? none
    What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model.  Logitech g29
    Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
    Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
    Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in the game and press f3, select friends
    What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes when i select friends

    What do you expect to see? i  want to see invite&requests so i can join my league races
