F1 24: Issue With Career Mode Rivalries

Summarize your bug I have gone through much of the season in my career mode and have seen no rivalry triggers apart from the inaugural teammate rivalry at the start of the season. My teammate rivalry does not update and I have yet to encounter others.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It would be during the driver recognition and rating summaries after each race.
What happens when the bug occurs? When it summarizes the rivalries it shows the same thing as from the beginning of the season despite fluctuations in performance between races where my teammate would have done better or if I DNF the race.
What do you expect to see? Updated information on my rivalries and a chance to trigger my championship rivalry and my rating rivalry.
I have raced up until the Austrian Grand Prix and I noticed that my teammate rivalry has been giving me the same stats throughout the season. I also saw that despite being close in the championship standing with a couple of drivers I have yet to trigger the championship rivalries either. I am wondering if the rivalry system triggers/updates much farther into the season or if there is a bug with my career mode.
