F1 24 keep force close

hey man, fix this. the game keep force close on the menu, I even cant click play. it sending me back to windows every time and sometime it make my PC did restarted automatically when the game hang/force close. i purchase and play it on steam,I try to connect my account to EA App, yet I cannot find the game on EA App!!!!!!
