F1 24 PC ... keyboard not recognized after startup screens

the game recognizes my input from my keyboard at the beginning .... says loading complete Press Any Key and it recognizes my keyboard ... then loads the next screen that says "No Preset Control Sche...

anyone figure this out? f1 24 detects my Simucube 2 pro but wont register the axis for left or right...

also, my controller is connected but the menu is stuck at no control preset

Finally I have solved the problem on my system, but not sure if it can solve your problem.

Unplugged all the USB devices that are not supported by F1, even a keyboard. In my case, I need to switch the USB receiver of the wireless keyboard to a wire connection, unplugged all flight sim devices and a Spektrum WS2000 USB dongle
