okay first of all thanks you very much and i appreciate your help mate
finally it works but unforunately when i open vpn cloudflare (1.1.1.1) old version so i don't know if i should try another methods to play without VPN or not
( yeah we are steam players)
(when crossplay is off we can play coop normally but after changing for me an him the dns and some of cmd stuff that u send we can join coop for know while crossplay is on )
but the vpn with PR_O_BO_YY211 doesn't work with him i don't know why
and sorry for asking i know u are nor a spoonfeeding but what a clean boot?
the dns reset works with the vpn and the game works fine with me , with proboy i don't know what's the problem with him

I don't know i reseted my DNS and using 1.1.1.1 VPN and still doesn't work in any thing
i made a lot of updates like bios ,apps
then did the following
open cmd as an admin
then put the following one by oneipconfig/release
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannowand do these things in the pics
then make it like this
then restart you pc
then go to the game and go to telemetry and put it on
and use any of these ip in udp ip
127.0.0.1
192.168.75.63then open vpn and put it on
keep this vpn on it's version don't update it
