f1 24 PM65539 failed to join session

i made a lot of updates like bios ,apps
then did the following 
open cmd as an admin
then put the following one by one

ipconfig/release
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set dns
netsh winsock reset
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth 
sfc /scannow

and do these things in the pics 

then make it like this 
then restart you pc
then go to the game and go to telemetry and put it on 
and use any of these ip in udp ip

127.0.0.1
192.168.75.63

then open vpn and put it on

keep this vpn on it's version don't update it
