f1 24 PM65539 failed to join session

Summarize your bug I can’t join any online game when crossplay is enabled
What is your 16 digit Report Code? MBGB-EBDP-DCSX-AAGT
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? ORANGE EG
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by trying to join a online game but when i turned off crossplay it works but not for public session just for me and my friends (co op career)
What happens when the bug occurs? it shows a error code:PM65539
What do you expect to see? to go into online games when crossplay is enabled

Are you using an anti-virus other than windows defender? Some of the 3rd party AVs will clash with the game.
If you are using a VPN try turning it off, a VPN is not officially supported and therefore the game does not always run reliably with them enabled.

Have you tried changing your DNS settings? If not it might be worth giving that a try following the below steps:
Press the Windows + R keys together to open your computer’s Run dialog box
Type in ncpa.cpl and hit enter to open the Network Connections window
Right-click on your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection and select ‘Properties’
Scroll down to the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) option. Click on this and select ‘Properties’
Change the Preferred DNS server field to 1.1.1.1 and the Alternate DNS server field to 1.0.0.1
Click ‘OK’ to save the changes
