@27wb02soej2z Since it looks like you've got 2 GPUs in there I would make sure that it's set to use the RTX 4060 for rendering the game, as the 780M would be considered below minimum requirements.
Since the 780M is built into the processor if it's being used to render the graphics the processor is probably being overworked and causing the crashes.
Thank you for pointing this out.
I just tried launching it on the dGPU (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060) but the problem still persists ☹️
Additional notes since I first posted this issue:
1) The game crashes specifically on the "communicating with servers" screen, right before the main screen should show up where you choose the game mode and race to play.
2) I did have the game running on this very system before I repurchased and reinstalled it for a lower price during the Steam winter sale. I have also checked the integrity of the installed files in Steam post the reinstall.
3) The game crashes irrespective of whether the Steam cloud save is on or off.
4) I have followed the general troubleshooting guide on Steam.
I don't think its a system issue but more of a game issue since I am able to run multiple other games on my system with the same configurations right now.
Any help is much appreciated!

Same here buy it on team too
and game works fine before 1.16 patch
They have * this time
Tried all possible fix no changes so there are many other players from steam who had this issue maybe last time I buy an ea game.

@27wb02soej2z regarding additional note #1, I seem to recall other users who reported something like this, and I believe it was linked the anti-cheat acting up and closing the program. I would try uninstalling and re-installing one more time as maybe when you re-installed the most recent time something went wrong with the anti-cheat file.

Random answer to be fair.
Not in any way exonerating Anti-Cheat but there are issues with some Anti-Cheat and W11. A lack of transparency is often a factor. I haven’t experienced any AC issues but then my system must be unique in that it’s updated and restarted?
Also, I perform Steam backups and use them to reinstall rather than redownloading the bulk of a game.
I do a Steam backup once the game tests stable, usually a benchmark and a few restarts.

Ok, very random fix but this is what worked for me. Leaving it here for others.
1) Delete temp files from your system. Win + R and type %temp%2) Delete your hardware config file for F1 24 - this is typically located here: Documents\My Games\F1 24\hardwaresettings\hardware_settings_config.xml. I apparently had two hardware config files creating some clash while loading. I deleted both of them
