F1 24 Ranked Points Loss
This big happened last year aswell. How can you have the same bugs each year. All you do is hide everything wrong with the game using fancy words when you release patch notes

I've never had this issue with previous F1 games and now it's ruining everything. It says I have 0 points in ranked. Then after I do a stellar race, it shows I have x number of points and it takes them all away. Doesn't make sense. How do I contact an actual person to resolve the issue?
