I am encountering the same issue and have tried all the proposed solutions so far, without success. What is particularly frustrating is seeing responses such as one from a "Veteran Hero" stating that we should not expect a bug to be fixed quickly. Yet, it has now been six months that the French-speaking community has been waiting for a solution, and it has been two months since the first message was posted without any concrete progress.
I therefore wonder if EA truly takes the concerns of its players into account. Given the price of the game and the number of people affected by this issue, it is hard not to feel a lack of consideration. We always receive the same generic response: Our team is actively working on the issue and a solution should arrive shortly. (Yep, this is a sure case of silly you. Why on earth would you have a bug in a game and "just expect it to be fixed"?) Unfortunately, after all this time, it seems more like an empty promise than a genuine commitment.
My question is simple: Has the issue actually been escalated to the developers, or are you simply stalling without providing a concrete solution? We, as players, deserve to fully enjoy a product that we have purchased.
