Recently purchased the ASUS ROG Ally, using gamepass and ea play attempted to install F1 24 through the EA App. It successfully starts and makes to the main menu, the game then flickers and closes with no errors and puts me straight back to the EA App, tried the anti cheat fix to no avail, also tried deleting the hardware settings to get it to generate a new one, I think I’ve done I’ve done as much as can but would just like some help on a possible fix to get it working
I have just about 65 hours on F1 24 game and now i upgraded from laptrop to a brand new PC that has much better specs then previous laptop. Now I have exavtly the same problem as you do when I start the game it opens normally and then after around 20 seconds it just closes to EA app without any error message. Did you manage to find a solution beacuase I just cant seem to find anything at this point.
I have just found the solution for me, I downloaded Nvidia app and updated all drivers to the lastest version and now it is working normal. I hope that you will resolve your problem
Still haven’t found a fix just yet, I’ve read on the forums it’s a EA problem but it’s crazy the amount of radio silence regarding this issue considering quite a few people have experienced this same problem, for now I’ve dropped back down to F1 2023 but going to have another crack at trying to sort it later. I don’t want to risk buying the steam version incase the same problem happens
Been like that for a week now on the ea app it's a bit out the gate I only started playing too I got f1 23 so I'm not too mad
