F1 24 Two player career mode stuck on loading screens after race in Mexico

Me and my mate have completed 20 races of a two player career with no issues, until the Mexico race. We have finished the race and now the game keeps getting stuck in the loading screens after driver development points have been awarded. We have put in well over 300 hours into this save.

Tried all the suggested fixes for it such as updating, reinstalling the game, checking internet, clearing cache and loading a new two player career. Seems the problem is with the save.

Please help, we have preordered the new F1 game, but this disaster that’s happened on F124 is making us want to cancel our preorders
