F1 24 Unable to access EA servers

Summarize your bug According to EA chat, f1 24 though purchased on steam is not in my EA library. So when I try to authenticate my account in F1 24, it fails to activate.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my EA library and F1 24 will not be there even though I purchased from steam directly in apri
What happens when the bug occurs? Upon login
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to access both single and multiplayer functions
At this point, I suspect some kind of database issue where f1 24 somehow was removed from my library even though it was legally purchased.
