F124 stuttering using logitech g923 wheel

I'm posting this same message on every G923 post within this sub in the hopes one of the EA mods will finally reply to us.

Patch 1.7 did nothing to help our situation. The game was playable until 1.5 and now we're all stuck with no feedback, no answers, and frankly - no hope that the game we enjoyed for the first month will actually be enjoyable again soon. 

I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but ignoring us users who paid money for your now broken game is getting old very, very quickly. As I said in a previous post, this isn't F1 23 where you couldn't get TrueForce to work in the beta so you never included the capability within the game. F1 24 WAS WORKING FOR US. The old adage is, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." But what you've done here is the opposite. You FINALLY got it to work on a game and then took it from us. And it's not that we're stuck having standard force feedback like we were with F1 23 - our wheels grind constantly if we try and use them. So we don't even have an option to use the 'backup' here.

The rub of it is, the timing was oddly enough in EA's favor. Most of us who had purchased the game were well past the 14 day refund period by the time you broke it for us. So you bait-and-switched us, essentially. 

So once again, I will ask for someone to please, PLEASE reply to us with some information. It's the least you could do considering the circumstances. Thank you.

Yeah honestly it’s beyond annoying,  I haven’t been able to play in months because of this bug.   Not only is the force feedback completely broken but we are also getting screen freeze and it’s like the game is running on 15 fps.   This has been an issue for awhile now so I don’t get how they haven’t even looked into this yet.  They investigate all these small minor issues but when there is an issue with literally every single g923 wheel user what makes the game unplayable,  it doesn’t even get raised as an issue for investigation.  

This was the final straw for me and I went and got an R3 bundle and am selling my G923. Loved it when it worked, but it's probably the most problematic wheel set on the market.
