F124 Time Trials - Not showing up in Game/Only on Racenet

Platform:Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug In time trials, none of my friends are showing up except my one friend who is also on Xbox in the game on the friends leaderboard. The only way I can see them is if I open up Racenet on the computer or my phone. This only started after the 1.4 patch
What is your 16 digit Report Code? Not sure, doesn't show in main game
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Fanatec CSL DD Wheel/Pedals
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Telus
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe it's console specific, but if you run a time trial and you play on Xbox(in my instance) you may only see Xbox friends even when you have "Show All Players" selected as the option. I can cycle through both Xbox only and Show all players, and it still only shows the one Xbox friend.
What happens when the bug occurs? No Time trial times show up for any other platform on my friends list
What do you expect to see? It should have all the same friends that it is currently showing on my Racenet.

    @Dismal_Games I'm having this same problem too, though I'm on PC (EA App). Global time trial shows all platforms, but friends leaderboard only shows myself. When I go on racenet my friends from other platforms show up.

    @Sombere_Games Zelfde probleem tijd van vriend niet zichtbaar in vrienden klassement timetrail. Word pas zichtbaar als hij online gaat. Dit was nooit tijden waren altijd zichtbaar ook als hij niet online was.

    I and members of a league I take part in also have the same issue.  I’m on Steam and our league is cross platform, I only tend to see my friends TT times when they are online only.

    Ja waardeloos moet de tijd opzoeken in het algemene klassement om daarna  vriend in te stellen als rivaal. Enorm omslachtig.

    Having exact same issue as you.  Everyone is there in racenet app but in game they must be online for me to see.   I'm on pc steam.

    I am having the same problem, used to see my friend in time trials, but not anymore after the big patch in the beginning of June. Please fix this asap EA
