Force Feedback not working on F1 24

Force feedback of my logitech g923 si not working at all on the F1 24 game. i tryed ti update the firmware buy still doesn’t work. i don’t know what to do. i tryed also other games and in these worked as always. that’s a EA problem and I don’t know what to do. have you any solution?
