So, everyone can thank me later, IF you are on PC, This should sort the issue
Open 'Regedit' as admin.
Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\Joystick\OEM\VID_046D&PID_C294
double click 'OEMData' and change it to the following value: 43 00 08 10 19 00 00 00
launch game
If you play games like ams2 or project cars it changes the reg oem data to something else, make sure it matches this and you should be fine.
Aimed at logitech wheels but may work for other brands too
My problem are very similar, because in another F1 versions I use a G920 and this wheel die one year ago.
When i buy a T300 and start play any F1 version, i don't feel nothing in the wheel, and the cuestion is very simple. When you play with another wheel, you need remove the old profile ( in this case G920 profile) in regedit because that magic number (43 00 08 10 19 00 00 00) is assigned in the first wheel and the problem appears when the user try the game with another wheel because the number is diferent and the game don't apply correctly the FFB on that new wheel.
The config image is correct, I tested and working very well.
Thanks for the gag RockHardSemi07!
