For those who use EA App, the problem is just that, the launcher prevents the correct use of the steering wheel.
Switching to Origin instead of EA App, everything works correctly.
In this other thread they have included it as a workaround, at Link 1 in point 1.
If you want to play while waiting for a fix from EA, you can give it a try (a workaround is required to get Origin working, [Removed - EA_Barry] is a possible solution)

@CalcioHSQIT WORKS!!! Holy jesus.. thank you bud! - now, i will try the F1 24 for the first time thanks to you.. Its crazy how many problems that EA App has caused since they launched it.. Two weeks of waiting time is over!! Everyone - just follow this guide, super easy.. Go download the [Removed - EA_Barry]
