when i press alt+tab swithch to other apps and switch back to f1 24
this game will suddenly have huge fps drop in 1 sec
For example 100 fps drops to 21 fps in 1 second and then goes back to 100 fps
other games don't have this problem but only f1 does
how ro fix it?

This is a "Doctor, Doctor" problem.
Do you actually realise what ALT-TAB does?
