FPS Lags from 1.15 Patch

Hi, i've got the problem with FPS since 1.15 Patch. When im in multiplayer race/qualifications with many players, the game can randomly do the screen freeze for 3 seconds during driving. If it happens the game is teleporting me behind the drivers at the end. It's super annoying. My PC setup is completely decent for the game and i hadn't got this problem in previous F1 2021, 22, 23. I heard that im not alone with this problem. Year by year something must be wrong with the game, why?
