G923 TrueForce Stopped Working

@EA_Groguet For what it's worth, I went through a pretty thorough process tonight to ensure my Logitech drivers were up-to-date. The problem is your game. I see the list of 'fixes' that are listed for Patch 1.7 and don't see anything that appears to pertain to this issue. Am I correct? 

This radio silence from all the mods on this issue is disconcerting and leaves only the conclusion that your developers messed it up and can't find a way to put it back to rights without it causing other problems. At this point, I don't know what it will take for someone to acknowledge us G923 users. I've tried to be kind in my pleas for you to answer us rather than blasting you, but even that approach has been unsuccessful to date. 

If there isn't a fix for this, fine. But those of us who are now unable to play your game in any capacity should be duly refunded rather than ignored. The lack of communication here is making it more difficult to feel like we're being treated fairly as consumers.
