Game crash when start

I start F1 2024 and when it is in presentation the game crashes and the EA app appears like a pop up. I've this problem 2-3 days ago. I've tried everything like uninstall the game and EA app, or dissable superposition of NVIDIA and EA games, but the problem persist.
