Thanks for including some information about your system. There are a number of BlueScreen and LiveKernelEvent errors popping up with the nvlddmkm.sys file here, which is related to NVidia drivers.

It looks like you have recent drivers, but it may help to completely uninstall them using a program like DDU before doing a clean reinstall. Rolling back to an earlier driver would also be worth a try if you're still seeing the same thing after the clean reinstall.

If you're overclocking anything, I'd try setting that back to the stock speed as well. 

From there, it may also help to run the System File Checker tool to help rule out any corrupted or missing files. It may also be worth trying a clean boot at that point to see if another program or process may be interfering.

Hi man, i tried uninstall VGA Driver using DDU then i rolled back the VGA driver to second last update. tried to open the game, still crashed then I tried run the system file checker, everything is okay, none of corrupted files, run the game and still crashed. So, I tried to clean boot,disable everything on task manager startup, restart my laptop then open the game, FINALLY I can play the game, so far so good I played 3 races. i think there is application on my laptop interfere the game, I don't know what is the application yet. i will try to enable it one by one to find the rat. anyway, thanks for suggestion.

if you are using windhavk try close it that program is known for blocking game to start.

update, the game crashed again, tried to verify on steam, it says 3 file is failed to validate. how to fix this ?
