Wow after patch 1.7 its working , i can finally skip FP3 🙂
@Cpayne32 Its such a frustrating bug and I was enjoying the career mode for it to be ruined hopefully it gets fixed , once it’s fixed I’ll start again.

@EA_Vendcera when it is fixed if payed 85 euro for a fk game cant even play career 😡😡
Hoping this might help prevent people from experiencing this issue whilst a fix is found.
I've had this issue previously but after starting a new career mode, I've found that I don't encounter the "please wait" glitch if I don't use quick practice. Instead, I do the practice programs manually and then skip to qualifying.
Not ideal for those who like to use quick practice but hopefully this might at least give people more confidence to start a new career mode and not lose all their progress.
Any updates or timeline on when this may be fixed? Also if we will be able to keep our save files or are they essentially bricked for good?

My save file is still bricked and will not progress and it sounds others are still having this same issue happen again even after this latest patch. So what did this patch even accomplish for this issue? Also I don’t want to come off as rude but if our files were all going to stay bricked it would have been nice to have that communicated with us so we did not waste our time waiting for it to be fixed. Overall the lack of communication is very frustrating and disappointing to deal with.
